Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities organized by Oeno How, including tastings, masterclasses, courses, and events, in Greece or abroad.
Definition
“Participant” or “guest” refers to anyone attending an Oeno How activity. “You/they” refers to the participant, while “we/us” refers to Oeno How.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking an activity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are made via our website or approved partners. Payment terms vary per service (see Cancellation policy page). All prices include VAT.
Minimum Age
Participants must be at least 18 years old. By booking, they confirm they meet the legal drinking age in Greece.
Rescheduling & Replacement
Rescheduling is possible within the cancellation deadlines and subject to availability. Before an activity begins, a participant may transfer their booking to another person, provided Oeno How is notified in advance.
Accessibility
We aim to make our experiences welcoming to all. Please inform us in advance of any specific accessibility needs.
Liability
Your participation is your own responsibility. Oeno How is not liable for allergic reactions, accidents, or the consequences of alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event. Wines are served in tasting portions only.
Force Majeure
If an event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural disasters), fees will be refunded accordingly.
Changes to location/host
Oeno How reserves the right to change the event location or host in unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed in advance when possible.
Complaints
Participants may submit questions or complaints via contact@oenohow.gr. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and respond within 14 days. Complaints are treated confidentially.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Oeno How respects your privacy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data (e.g., name, email, phone, billing information) are collected only for booking, communication, and invoicing purposes.

Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact@oenohow.gr.
Cancellation policy
1. Wine Tasting at Our Venue
Minimum Participants: 1 guest
Maximum Capacity: 10 guests
Payment: Full prepayment is required upon booking.

Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours prior to the tasting.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours prior to the tasting, subject to availability.
2. Wine Tasting at Your Venue (Private / Group)
Payment: 50% deposit required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the tasting.

Free cancellation if made at least 72 hours prior to the tasting.

Cancellations made 72–24 hours prior are 50% refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is possible in line with the above cancellation policy, subject to availability.
3. Corporate Events – Large Groups (more than 15 participants)
Payment: Full prepayment is required at least 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made up to 21 days prior: full refund.

Cancellations made up to 15 days prior: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior: non-refundable.
If an external venue is rented, the venue’s cancellation policy will also apply.
Rescheduling is possible within the above cancellation policy, subject to availability.
